چکیده
In recent years, sequence-defined oligomers (SDOs) gained increasing interest due to their perfectly controlled molecular structure, thus providing defined properties. order tune the properties, different functionalities need be incorporated into and chain tacticity needs controlled. Beside synthesis of SDOs, suitable methods found analyze structure. this work, exhibiting an alternating or block-wise sequence side were analyzed using a hyphenation ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry enhanced by ion mobility separation (IMS). Moieties in chains varied according polarity bulkiness. Moreover, was varied. Drift times IMS cell corresponding collision cross section (CCS) values shown individual parameters allowing identification even case that SDO structures only differ functionalities. Thus, library CCS obtained as reference used for analysis complex mixtures SDOs.

Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography and High Resolution Mass Spectrometry for the Analysis of Plant Lipids
Holistic analysis of lipids is becoming increasingly popular in the life sciences. Recently, several interesting, mass spectrometry-based studies have been conducted, especially in plant biology. However, while great advancements have been made we are still far from detecting all the lipids species in an organism. In this study we developed an ultra performance liquid chromatography-based metho...
متن کاملCharacterization of chiral amino acids from different milk origins using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to ion-mobility mass spectrometry
Milk contains free amino acids (AAs) that play essential roles in maintaining the growth and health of infants, and D-AA isomers are increasingly being recognized as important signalling molecules. However, there are no studies of the different characteristics of chiral AA (C-AA) from different milk origins. Here, UPLC coupled to ion-mobility high-resolution MS (IM-HRMS) was employed to charact...

Comprehensive two-dimensional separation of hydroxylated polybrominated diphenyl ethers by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with ion mobility-mass spectrometry.
A comprehensive two-dimensional system coupling ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and ion mobility-mass spectrometry (IM-MS) has been applied for the separation and analysis of hydroxylated polybrominated diphenyl ethers (OH-PBDEs). A complex mixture containing 23 OH-PBDE congeners ranging from hydroxylated monobromodiphenyl ether (OH-monoBDE) to hydroxylated octabromodiphenyl ethe...
